They don't look like kind that many cosplayers choose to wear to create a uniform look for the color of their legs. Many don't want to end up looking like something similar to those featured in pool #8.
Can anyone identify the type of legwear she is sporting? They don't look like tights but instead look like she took a bodysuit and cut the top off of it in order to wear the bottom.
